Our ability for upright locomotion granted us immense advantage as a species. Our arms were now free to carry supplies, pick fruit or hold smartphones 8 inches from our faces. The wonders of evolution.
Our capable legs are an impressive piece of machinery. But they're entering a terrible era of neglect and busy schedules. Having good posture is great, but sitting at our work desks for hours on end is eroding our bipedal capacities. But the solution is simple— move them every so often.
Here are a few exercises that will help keep your legs healthy, happy and full of oxygen. Some of these you can do sitting down, others will have you standing up to kick a little. Regardless, they're easy, simple and fun to do. Easy and fun exercises is what Wakeout is all about.
