Wakeout 11 is out. Now with movement games.

Bring back the joy of movement.

Your body has been asking to move since about 9:40 this morning. Wakeout answers with mini movement breaks that feel like play: one-minute moves, a fresh challenge every day, and games you play with your whole body, right where you already are.

New in Wakeout 11

Games you play with your body.

Prop up your phone, step back, raise both hands. The camera turns you into the controller: reach, duck, punch, row. Every catch counts toward your day, and every round ends with a replay you will absolutely send to someone.

Whole body

Wattrobics

2 minutes

Reach, duck, dodge, catch.Targets light up for your hands, head, knees and elbows. Hit them as fast as you can, duck the red bar, dodge the wall. The game grows every time you step back.

Arms and hips

Watt Invaders

1 minute

Sway to steer, punch up to fire. Two cannons, one per arm. Steer the ship with your head or your hips, punch up to fire, punch faster to fire faster. One minute, as many waves as you can clear.

Arms and shoulders

Watt Rapids

1 to 2 minutes

Row upstream. Grab the Watts, dodge the rocks.Reach up and pull down to row. Both arms go straight, one arm turns. Grab the Watts, dodge the rocks and logs, and try to keep your rhythm when the river does not.

How the games work

Plays great seated. Everything runs on your phone, nothing is uploaded. Included with Wakeout Pro, free for the first week.

Move Now

The new Wakeout

One button. One challenge. One ring to fill.

Move Now

One giant button. Press it and Wakeout picks a one-minute move from your mix: sitting, standing, dancing, silly and fun, the 60+ club, whatever you told us your body needs. Go on. Press it.

Daily Move Challenge

A new challenge every morning, a minute or less. 20 arm circles. A 30-second wall sit. Dance for 45 seconds. Small enough to finish before the coffee does.

Watts

Every move you make earns Watts. Wakeouts, games, stairs, the walk to the good coffee place: anything Apple Health sees fills your daily ring.

Daily Move Challenge

A new challenge every morning. A minute or less.

One move, one timer, one small dare, and a fresh one tomorrow. Today it is a full minute on one leg. Yesterday it was a squat hold with no wall to save you. They are small enough to finish before the coffee does, and just hard enough that you will want to tell someone you did it.

Reads the clock

Morning, midday, evening. The app changes with the light.

Wakeout wakes up warm, works bright, and winds down in the dark. The moves change with it: energy and mobility when you rise, relief and focus when you thrive, calm when you unwind. Shockingly considerate for a phone.

The reminder is the product

Most reminder apps are timers. Wakeout reads your day.

We pair with Apple Health to know when you have actually been still, so there are no blind 30-minute pings and no nagging through your lunch walk. Every reminder ends in a 30-second move, not a stretch you will skip.

Reads Apple Health

Step count, walking minutes, stand hours. Wakeout pings only when the data says you have actually been sitting too long.

You set the window

Reminders live inside the hours you pick and never while you sleep. Every 15, 25 or 60 minutes, your call.

Real movement, not a stretch

Each ping ends in a 30-second Wakeout pulled from 102 packs: back pain, neck relief, eye strain, afternoon recharge.

How it works

Four ways in. One minute out. Still in your slippers.

01

Tell us your mix

Sitting, standing, pain relief, dancing, silly and fun. Pick what your body needs. Remove what it does not.

02

Press Move Now

One button, one minute, one move picked for you. Repeat whenever the fog rolls in.

03

Or play a game

Prop up the phone and catch some Watts with your whole body. Two minutes, tops.

04

Watch the ring fill

Every move earns Watts. Close the ring, keep the streak, feel like a person again.

A different approach

Movement as play, not punishment.

You do not open Wakeout to exercise. You open it because your shoulders have turned to cement and your brain is buffering. One minute, a little wiggle, maybe a round of Watt Invaders, and you are back to being a person. No guilt, no gym, no lycra.

Our philosophy

Your body already wants to move. We just make it fun.

The fitness industry tells you your body is lazy and needs discipline to get in line. “No pain, no gain” is guilt in a tank top.

We think something weirder: your body has been asking to move all day, through the stiff neck and the 3pm fog, and all it needs is an excuse that feels like play. Wakeout is the excuse.

We remove the obstacles and add the fun. Nothing more.

Why Wakeout

Movement that actually fits into your day

No equipment. No special clothes. No driving anywhere. Just you, some floor, and your weird lovely body.

Works anywhere

Desk, couch, bed, airport lounge. Wakeouts are designed for real spaces, not squat racks.

Sitting or standing

Both are valid. Every move and every game plays seated. Lying down is between you and your manager.

Games included

Wattrobics, Watt Invaders, Watt Rapids. Your phone camera is the controller, your living room is the arcade.

Picks for what you need

Energy, relief, focus, calm. Tell Wakeout your mix and Move Now does the choosing, with a little serendipity on top.

Video guidance

Clear little videos so you never have to guess whether you are doing it right. (You are.)

Widgets, Watch, custom icons

Your ring on the lock screen, your moves on your wrist, and an app icon that matches your mood.

Apple App of the Year

Yes, Apple gave the wiggle app an award.

Wakeout was named Apple App of the Year for making movement accessible to everyone, everywhere. Not for being a fitness app, but for being something completely different, and slightly unhinged, in the best way.

What people say

Real humans. Real wiggling.

I used to think I needed an hour at the gym to feel good. Turns out three minutes of wiggling completely flips my afternoon.

Sarah M.

Remote worker

This is not about getting fit. It is about feeling human again after sitting at a desk all day. That is what I needed.

James K.

My back pain vanished when I started doing Wakeout breaks. Not from intense workouts, from finally, actually, moving.

Maria L.

Accountant

I have tried every fitness app. Wakeout is the only one that does not make me feel guilty. It just helps me feel better.

David R.

The 'what do you need' question changed everything. I was not lazy. I just needed the right prompt.

Anna T.

My kids ask for 'Wakeouts' when they are wall-bouncing. It is our family reset button now.

Parent of three

Pedro & Andres

About the founders

We built what we needed.

Pedro and Andres have been friends since childhood. Different paths, same discovery: when life got heavy, movement was what brought them back.

Not intense workouts. Not gym culture. Simple, slightly goofy natural movement, the kind your body already knows and the kind that makes you laugh while it clears the fog.

Wakeout exists because it is what we wished we had. Now it is yours.

Chrome extension

Your browser, but it makes you wiggle.

Every new tab becomes a tiny reset. Instagram, YouTube, all your usual distraction factories redirect to a quick wiggle. The only way back in is to actually move.
